Very close to all the restaurants and 10min walk to the beach. Pretty good on size, I am solo but feel this would work for a couple or small family. The location is awesome, tons of food, laundry, gym, massages nearby, beach is walking distance away. It’s walkable to the beach and restaurants, but in a quiet tree lined street. I loved the natural light in the space. It’s a pretty simply stocked home, but anytime I asked for something Duoc was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave.
