Clean and spacious with fast internet speed which is what I needed. The apartment is about 20 meters away from a bigger road, so you can still hear the occasional car, regardless it's very quiet and great for sleeping or having phone calls undisturbed. I would totally recommend this place for any travelers or long term residents who want a nice studio apartment next to the beach. I must say also if there are any problems the team will intervene right away. Highly recommend!" - Matthieu (April 24) "The studio is nice and spacious with high ceilings. Internet was great, bed comfy, fan, aircon, nice hot water in shower, and everything you would need in a kitchen. It was very clean when I arrived and there was even drinking water available. Được and his team were so responsive and helpful that it made me feel really comfortable. I had never used the door code system before and they quickly helped me learn how to use it over the phone. They were always in contact before cleaning to find a time that worked for me. Laundry is on the top floor and is easy to use. I was there for a bit over two weeks and I do not think you can beat the location for the price. Restaurants, markets, bars, cafes, beach all within 5-10 min walk. I would absolutely stay here again." - Evan, Poland (March 24) "We stayed for a total of 6 weeks and would happily recommend this place. There is a lot of pros and a few cons. But overall, I would happily come back and stay again. Basics like - location, AC, hot water, wifi are all great. Some cooking equipment was provided but when we asked for what was missing they were brought over immediately. Weekly clean is also included for long stays & there is drinking water you can buy directly from the host. The biggest pro here is the person we interracted with the most, Như. She is kind, friendly and prompt. When we arrived we had to get a couple of things replaced and Như was there to sort it out. We never had to follow up or ask again. This included big things like couch and washing machine. It was no fuss interaction that we just trusted would get done. Some cons - the water pressure is okay.
