"Nice apartment, great location, good wifi, a/c worked well, great coworking space 2 min walk away and awesome restaurants all around. 10 min walk to one of the best surfing beaches. Didn't even need to rent a scooter for an entire month. Very nice housekeeper who comes every few days. There are lovely laundry ladies one shop down from the driveway and a scooter hire shop. The wifi is very high speed and we had no problems. Two small fluffy dogs live next door. They frequently chill on the doorway - very friendly but can bark. We stayed there for a month. A cleaner came Mon, Wed, Fri to do a general tidy. There was also a water filter.
